Если собрать АБ без корпуса, то можно использовать сборку 13s17p.
If you assemble the battery without a case, then you can use the assembly 13s17p.
17 * 3.5 = 59.5 A * h

I go for test,53V on board display.. maximum 5 km and everything was off..when i come back i measure direct battery..50.70 V
I start recharge..i measure now when is still charging,54 V
I will wait all night and test it again tomorrow..

I will open battery to test every cell and take off wich is broken but now i want to recharge-test about 5 Times..maybe battery is recovering now after long tine not used.

У BMS нет балансировочных цепей, смотри фото:

Заряд / разряд не даст результата. АБ нужно заряжать каждый элемент отдельно.
Charge / discharge will not give a result. Battery need to charge each element separately.

 :eureka:Hi,i'm coming back with News..battery its down,i can drive only 5 km and he shut down completly..it was 54 V and when he stop he have 50.7 V.
My friend open the battery and he saw old battery type? Its not li-ion cells..
And as you can see in picture it was like a bomb with click,some cell was almost exploded.



He have one 14S pack who was * perfect in V1 tube so i will test it to are how many km he can run at 58V 16 Ah..and i will decide If i will buy it and use it untill i will make another big pack.

He give me one home charger wich i can choose V and Ah..now i charge with 58V and 3 A.
I just buy Wattmeter to see when battery is full charged,and i will use another one on V1 to monitor the battery V and motor Ah when is running.




If original battery was full 54 V the bike panel show me 53V or 52.6..do You know why is that diffrence?

On the new battery it was 58V full and in panel show me 57 V.

The bike is wonderful,i love it,everything is perfect :)
Now is full function,i have a bit problem with panel display light..i think some wire are imperfect ..i need to use light button few times untill the led display is working.



I have one question,my panel display show me 1 gear shift..anyway solenoid is missing..but wich gear i usit now? I read that it must be 2nd gear. I ride it with 50 km/h maximum.

У тебя датчик оборотов подключен к контролеру?
Do you have a speed sensor connected to the controller?

Original controller we saw 1 mosfet burned..and because i read here that controller have 2 parts and we can still use 1 to control electric and new controller for motor ..we try and it was working :)

Speed sensor is working..but sometimes not,i just disconnect and reconnect the wire and its working again.



Solenoid is missing..the seller told me that he will look for home and give me back ..but i saw here that he can be controlled separatly with button..
Just to use it only with motor stopped to change gear shift...never when motor is working .

Wait wait..If i will put solenoid back he will work to change shift because speed sensor is working from original electronic controller?



The control board show me 1 gear shift allways...but now it used only 2nd gear shift, right?

I can go 50 km/h maximum with 70 kg or +80 kg with bag.

Работать будет, но не долго. На время переключения мотор должен отключаться.

I get back original solenoid but i think it can be broken ..but can be repaired i know.



I test the battery 58V 16 Ah..its about 1000 Wh,almost like original battery i think..but with 70 kg,normal ride untill 40-45 km/h he stopped at 25 km autonomy...so he need 4 KW for 100 k :dance:m autonomy? It is correct that motor energy cunsumption?

The battery have 48V when i put it to recharge ..is that ok? I know that the problem it is when you accelerate he go 3-4V lower..so he can go under voltage and bms stop the power? Or controller?

Исправная батарея имеет посадку напряжения не более 2В при максимальном потреблении (28А).
A gud battery has a voltage drop of no more than 2V at maximum consumption (28A).

Is it too much 67 V battery and controller for this motor for lower A battery consume?

Now the only worry for me is mechanical gear shift..need to open it to see what condition are now.

Do you have any sugestions to improve or just mantain in good condition?

Battery is over ...need to change ,7 years is to much .
In fact i have the same problem with this test battery,he go about 4 V down when i accelerate.

When i have 45V battery light start to blink,when is almost 44 v battery is full light and when i get under 41 V when i accelerate the power go total off.

Для родного контролера думаю не стоит использовать батарею больше 14s.
For the native controller, I think should not use the battery for more than 14s.

Hi,we made one custom battery,14S about 30 Ah. I put it to charge and Wattmeter show about 1500 W for full charging.

I test the battery,i go 50 km untill he stop but now he go down only 2V when i accelerate..

I dont know why he stop at 44-45 V when another battery was stopping Below 41V



Full battery




Next battery will be minimum 3000 mAh good brand cells and Smart bms.

For 13s empty 45.5 (3.5V)
for 14s empty 49 (3.5V)
